HTS-110 is thrilled to confirm our exhibition (booth 6) in the highly anticipated ENC-ISMAR Joint Conference 2025, taking place April 6–10 in California. This unique event brings together leaders in magnetic resonance research, offering a collaborative platform for academics, researchers, and industry professionals to exchange ideas.
Announcing a new super-compact, superconducting 300 MHz magnet
Building on the success of our cryogen-free 400 MHz magnet, we’re proud to unveil the next-generation prototype of our compact, highly efficient 300 MHz NMR magnet. This R&D-ready model represents a key milestone in our journey towards full commercial availability.
Our focus has been on creating a smaller, more energy-efficient magnet that’s easier to install, operate, and maintain—without compromising on performance. The design incorporates cutting-edge 2nd-generation HTS wire technology enabling higher operating temperatures, smaller cryocoolers, and reduced power input requirements.
Seeking input on the small bore and compact design
The 300 MHz magnet is designed with a non-standard smaller bore to increase energy efficiency, reduce size, and decrease cost over ownership. However, we recognize that this smaller bore will require custom equipment. Whether you’re exploring technical features, integration possibilities, or future applications, we’d value your input in shaping the final product.
We want to hear from end users and industry professionals about:
- The feasibility of a smaller bore for your applications.
- Desired features or modifications to enhance usability.
- Integration needs and how this system fits your workflows.
Visit us at Booth 6 to view prototypes and technical details, discuss these possibilities, and share your thoughts.
Key Features of the Prototype
- Compact Design: Fits seamlessly into standard laboratory environments, including fume hoods.
- Cryogen-Free Operation: Eliminates the need for liquid helium, reducing operational complexity.
- Low Facility Overhead: Designed for easy maintenance with a low total cost of ownership (TCO).
- Long-Life Cooler. Integrated cryocooler, sealed-for-life operation.
- Energy Efficiency: Uses 2nd generation HTS wire technology for smaller power inputs and higher efficiency.
- Cost-Effectiveness: Accessibility for a broader range of research facilities through reduced costs.
